Just thought it would be worth updating you on what I am eating at the moment. I have tended to change it around a little every few weeks so that I don't get bored of eating the same things time and time again. I am still eating a lot of Stews and porridge mind you but I have also re-introduced a lot of sanwiches and toast based meals into my daily diet. A typical day at work for instance now will be a bowel of porridge with bannana and blueberries for breakfast and a triple decker ham or sardine sandwich for lunch plus an apple or something as a snack later on. When I get home I will then have something like smoked salmon with low fat cream cheese on toast or a bacon medalion and egg sandwich. It really does not feel like dieting sometimes but each of these meals is always kept to around the 500 calorie level.
