Working nights seems to be causing its usual problems. According to my scales I have put on a pound! I am pretty sure this all about the time of day I way myself and the retention of bodily fluids though.
I am a 43 year old fat bloke. I realise that this diet may all end in failure with the blog just tailing off after a while like 95% of all the other ones I have come across do. I just hope I can shed a fair few pounds before that happens. Just to give you an insite into my world. I am married with two boys under three. I work shifts including nights (a real bummer for the dieter). I have always been overweight, However when I look back at photos of me as a child I realise it was not by very much and I would probably have been classed as almost thin compared to many kids I see around these days.
Sports wise I have never been into team games or even solo games for that matter. I think dieting is so much easier for those that love football or golf etc. The same can be said about the gym. I can't tell you how much I hate the idea of going the gym three days a week so let's not even pretend that is going to happen.
