For the last for days I have pretty much eaten the same thing everyday. When you work 12 hours shifts it is just easier to do stuff in advance that you know will be filling and easy to eat. For me that was 4 Weetabix with Strawberries and Raspberries + skimmed milk followed by a fish salad for lunch and home made chicken and wood pigeon stew for dinner.

19st 5lb - The yo-yo is back!
You couldn't make it up could you? I have according to my scales lost 2lb since yesterday. Food wise I had a slightly different breakfast today. I had a bread craving (Weetabix and fruit gets boring after a while) this morning so had poached eggs on toast. Sadly one of the eggs burst in the water so it did not look or eat as well as it could of.
