18st 13lb (265lb) Double woot!

Ding, ding, ding. I am chuffed to bits with this because I was worried I ate to much yesterday. I know I have not mentined what food I am getting down my beak lately (making these posts a bit boring I suspect) well the truth is at work I eat pretty much what I have from the start of the diet ie stews cereals and fruit. At home it is more varied but yesterday for instance I know I ate near to the top of my limit. For breakfast I had Weetabix and fruit (2 1/2 biscuits + Banana + Strawberries + Skimmed milk. For lunch I had a huge plate of cooked tinned tomatoes two fried egges a small can of beans 2 slices of toast and some fried mushrooms. I say fried but the reality is it is a non stick pan with just a squirt of that specialy spray stuff. For supper I ate a Tuna sandwich. The tuna had a dob of low fat mayo and a dob of low fat salad cream mixed in it to help with texture and flavour. I think I topped the 1800 calorie mark yesterday.
